Producers Picture Corporation was started by Ben Judell in 1939.
In 1940, Judell filed for bankruptcy. Sigmund
Neufeld took over, changing the name to Producers Releasing Corporation.
In 1947, Producers Releasing Corporation merged with Eagle-Lion.
