Otis Litho Company operated in Cleveland, Ohio in the early 20th century.
Otis Litho made posters for many companies, including; Argus Enterprises, Biograph, the Film Booking Office (FBO), Columbia and Warner Brothers.
Some of their early posters will have a plate number on the bottom of their oval logo. More common, though, is the later rectangle logo with a plate number on the bottom.
